DWA Claims is a forward thinking and exciting company to work with. We our very proud of our team of dedicated and driven individuals, who are focused on valuing customer service above all else.
 
Our claims team is headed up by Mat Willott who is our Technical & Operations Director. He is supported by a team of highly experienced individuals, all committed to providing a high level of customer care whilst managing the claims efficiently and effectively along the way.
 
Our fleet department is led by Georgina Kleszcz, our Fleet Manager, who oversees our team of drivers and fleet support experts. The entire team is dedicated to providing our customers with a vehicle which meets all our customers’ requirements, as swiftly as possible.
 
Ashley Potter, our Sales Director, and Georgina Adams, our Sales Manager, co-ordinate our sales department. They ensure that DWA remain committed to providing competitive rates, whilst retaining a first-rate customer journey. 
 
DWA’s owners work hard to support the teams in their undertaking; Ashley Potter, Nikki Wallis, our Finance Director and Corrina Potter, our Director of Strategic Development, have all worked within the credit hire industry for over 25 years, giving them the benefit of a huge amount of experience and perspective to draw from when driving the DWA operation.
